SaaS development with multi-tenancy, billing and growth planned from day one
We build SaaS products for founders and product teams, starting with the tenant model, billing and admin tools that every later feature depends on. Security and access controls are designed in from the first sprint, so the product can answer enterprise security questionnaires with evidence.
What we deliver
Scoped in the 48-hour proposal, priced as a fixed quote or a monthly team.
Multi-tenant architecture
Tenant isolation at the data layer, with row-level security or schema-per-tenant designs chosen for your size, growth and compliance needs.
Subscription billing
Plans, trials, proration, upgrades and failed-payment recovery through Stripe or Razorpay, with webhooks that keep account status accurate.
Authentication and SSO
Email, OTP and social sign-in, plus SAML and OIDC single sign-on for business customers, with role-based permissions inside each tenant.
Usage metering and limits
Event capture for seats, API calls or storage, with quotas, overage rules and usage figures shown to each customer.
Admin and support console
Tenant management, plan changes, refunds and impersonation with audit logging, plus feature flags for controlled releases.
Product analytics
Activation, retention and revenue dashboards, with events defined before launch so the numbers can be trusted.
AI features
Search, summarisation or assistant features built into the product, with evaluation sets, cost limits per tenant and a clear fallback.

What you can expect
- Tenant data separated and tested, so one customer cannot see the records of another.
- Billing that follows the plan rules you set, with webhooks that keep account status accurate.
- A codebase and architecture your own engineers can extend, without lock-in to a single hosting vendor.
- Security practices documented in a SOC 2-ready form, so you can evidence them to buyers. SOC 2 is an independent audit that you commission separately.
Questions buyers ask us

Can you build a multi-tenant product for Indian and overseas customers?
Yes. Indian customers can pay through Razorpay for UPI, cards and netbanking, and invoices can be made GST-ready. Data can be hosted in Indian cloud regions where residency matters. International billing runs through Stripe, so one product can sell in both markets.
Should we use Stripe or Razorpay for subscriptions?
Often both. Razorpay suits customers who pay by UPI, cards and netbanking, and Stripe suits international card payments. The choice depends on where your customers pay from, your business entity and settlement needs, and the fees on each rate card, which we set out in the proposal.
What does SOC 2 readiness mean for our product?
It means the controls an auditor would look for are designed, written down and running: access reviews, change management, backups, logging and incident response. SOC 2 itself is an independent audit by a firm you appoint, so we build the controls and evidence trail it needs rather than claiming the report ourselves.
How do you handle personal data under the DPDP Act?
We build consent capture, data minimisation, retention rules and deletion workflows into the product, and we document where personal data is stored and processed. We do not give legal advice, so please confirm your obligations as a data fiduciary with your counsel.
Can we add AI features without a large AI budget?
Yes, if they are scoped with care. We start with the feature users value most, measure its quality on a test set, and set token and cost limits per tenant. We estimate the running cost of each AI feature in the proposal, so the spend is visible before you commit.
