Cloud and DevOps: infrastructure in code, deployed weekly
We design, build and run cloud environments for product teams, with infrastructure written as code, automated deployments and monitoring from day one. The aim is a setup your engineers understand and can change without us.
What we deliver
Scoped in the 48-hour proposal, priced as a fixed quote or a monthly team.
Cloud architecture review
A written review of your current setup covering security, availability, data location and running cost.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform modules for networks, databases, storage and compute, so every environment can be rebuilt from the repository.
Containers and orchestration
Docker images and Kubernetes or managed container services such as Amazon ECS or Cloud Run, sized for your real traffic.
CI/CD pipelines
Automated build, test and deploy stages in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, with approvals before anything reaches production.
Observability
Metrics, logs and traces with dashboards and alerts, built on OpenTelemetry so your data is not locked to one vendor.
Security baseline
Least-privilege access, secrets management, backups and restore tests written into the setup rather than left as a checklist.
Cloud cost management
Resource tagging, budget alerts and right-sizing reviews, so spend is visible per product and per environment.
How we run cloud & devops projects
- 01
Reply in 4 hours
We reply within 4 hours during IST business hours and ask for your current cloud accounts, traffic patterns and compliance needs.
- 02
Proposal in 48 hours
A written plan with target architecture, migration steps, a fixed quote and an estimate of the monthly running cost.
- 03
Reference environment in 7 days
A working reference environment in a sandbox account, so the design is tested before any production change is made.
- 04
Two-week sprints
Infrastructure is built in sprints, each ending with a staging environment your team can inspect and test.
- 05
Weekly production releases
Changes ship through the pipeline every week, with automated checks and a rollback that has been tested.
Stack

What you can expect
- Environments that can be recreated from code, so disaster recovery is a tested procedure rather than a document.
- Deployments that run through an audited pipeline, not from individual laptops.
- Dashboards and alerts that show faults as they begin, not after a customer reports them.
- Cloud spend that can be traced to products, teams and environments.
Questions buyers ask us
Something else? Ask us directly. First reply within 4 hours.
Which cloud provider should we use?
It depends on your existing systems, your data location rules and the services your product needs. We work across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Cloudflare, and we recommend one only after reviewing your workload and costs.
Can you host our data in India to meet local rules?
Yes. Where the provider offers an Indian region, such as Mumbai, we can place workloads and databases there, and we document where personal data is stored and processed. We do not give legal advice on data protection, so please confirm your requirements with your counsel.
Do you run servers after launch?
We can run the environment on a support retainer, or hand it over with runbooks and training, whichever you prefer. In both cases the infrastructure stays in your accounts, so you keep control of it.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the number of services, the data volume and how much is already containerised. We give a fixed quote and migration plan within 48 hours, and each migration step is tested in staging first.
How do you control cloud costs?
We tag every resource by product and environment, set budget alerts, and review instance sizes against real usage. Non-production environments can be scheduled to switch off outside working hours.
