How is this different from hiring full time?

Who owns the code and the accounts?

What are the overlap hours?
Our engineers work IST business hours. Overlap is strongest with Dubai, Singapore and London. With the United States it is limited to a short window in the Indian evening, which we agree in the proposal and can extend for critical releases.
