Data engineering and analytics your teams can trust

We build the pipelines that move data from your applications, spreadsheets and third-party tools into a warehouse, and the models and dashboards that make it useful. Data quality checks run on every load, so a broken number is caught before a meeting, not during one.

What we deliver

Scoped in the 48-hour proposal, priced as a fixed quote or a monthly team.

  • Source integration

Connectors for databases, SaaS tools, APIs and files, with incremental loads and retry handling.

  • Warehouse design

Analytics schemas in PostgreSQL, ClickHouse or a cloud warehouse, modelled around the questions your teams ask.

  • Transformation layer

dbt models with tests, documentation and version control, so business logic lives in one reviewed place.

  • Data quality monitoring

Freshness, volume and schema checks that alert the owning team when a load fails or drifts.

  • BI dashboards

Dashboards in Metabase or Apache Superset for finance, operations and product teams, with role-based access.

  • Orchestration

Scheduled and event-driven jobs in Apache Airflow or Dagster, with clear logs and re-runs for failed tasks.

  • Data governance basics

Column-level documentation, access controls and retention rules, so personal data is visible only to the people who need it.

How we run data & analytics projects

  1. 01

    Reply in 4 hours

We reply within 4 hours during IST business hours and ask about your data sources, the decisions the data must support and your current reporting.

  2. 02

    Proposal in 48 hours

A written proposal with sources, target warehouse, model list, timeline and a fixed quote for the first dataset.

  3. 03

    First dashboard in 7 days

A first dashboard built on one real source, so your team can check the numbers against the system of record early.

  4. 04

    Two-week sprints

Each sprint adds sources or models and ends with a reconciled report reviewed by the people who own the numbers.

  5. 05

    Weekly releases

Model and pipeline changes ship each week through CI/CD, with data tests required to pass before release.

What you can expect

  • Reports whose totals reconcile to the source system, checked as part of each load.
  • One reviewed definition for each business metric, in place of competing spreadsheets.
  • Failed loads that alert an owner and can be re-run without manual repair.

Questions buyers ask us

Something else? Ask us directly. First reply within 4 hours.

Do we need a cloud warehouse, or is PostgreSQL enough?

Many teams start with PostgreSQL and move to a columnar store such as ClickHouse, or to a cloud warehouse, when query volumes grow. We size the choice against your data volume, query patterns and budget, and we set out the cost of each option in the proposal.

Can you connect our ERP or accounting software?

Usually yes, through the vendor API, a database replica or scheduled exports, depending on what the system allows. Some older systems only support file exports, and we will say so in the proposal before work starts.

How do you make sure the numbers are right?

We write dbt tests for keys, nulls, ranges and totals, and we reconcile key figures to the source system at each release. Anything that fails a check stops the pipeline and alerts the owner.

Do you work with Indian businesses on data residency?

Yes. Our team in Thrissur builds data platforms for clients across India and abroad, and we can host warehouses in Indian cloud regions where your data rules require it. We do not give legal advice on data protection, so please confirm your obligations with counsel.

What does a data platform cost?

It depends on the number of sources, the data volume, the refresh frequency and the scope of dashboards. We provide a fixed quote within 48 hours of a scoping call.
