Refund Policy

Enarges Labs delivers custom software services. Because work is performed to order, refunds follow the milestones in each signed proposal.

Milestone payments

Fees paid for milestones that have been delivered and accepted are not refundable. Advance payments for work not yet started are refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as licences or hosting), if you cancel in writing before that work begins.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the contract. On cancellation we hand over all completed work, source code and credentials, and invoice only for work performed to that date.

How to request

Email info@enarges.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 business days.
