Enarges Labs Private Limited ("Enarges", "we") operates enarges.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR, UK GDPR and Singapore and Malaysia PDPA.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email, country, and the project details you enter in the contact form, or that you share by email. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, run the engagement. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Processors

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. The site is served through a content delivery network that processes IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and Indian tax law require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@enarges.com. We respond within 30 days.
